Colors — please read before ordering

The design uses six solid cotton yarns interlaced to create the shades you see: deep terracotta red, ivory, navy, dusty rose, and slate blue.

Because this is woven cloth and not a print, colors read softer and more muted than they appear on a backlit screen. There is no way around this — it is how woven textiles work, and we would rather tell you now than have you open the box surprised.

The fringe is made from the same weft yarns used in the artwork, so it is multicolored (navy, cream, rust, tan) — not a solid cream edge. This is normal and intended.

Up close you will see the weave texture and cross-hatching. The image resolves fully from a few feet away.

Two things to know about your gift:

1. It ships in a separate package. Depending on stock and weaving schedules, your blanket and your gift are produced at different times, so they travel separately — each with its own tracking. They may arrive days apart. If one shows up first, the other is still on its way.
2. Sending the blanket to someone else? Then tell us where your gift should go. Enter a second address at checkout, in the customization field, or in the "message to seller" box when you order. If you don't, both packages go to the same shipping address — meaning your recipient opens both, and the surprise is on them instead of you.

Processing and shipping

Each blanket is woven to order. Allow 2–5 business days for weaving before it ships. Tracking is sent the moment it leaves the mill.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify and Instacart. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.

Money-back guarantee

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, you have 30 days from the day it's delivered to contact us. Send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No arguing, no restocking fee, and we don't ask you to ship the damaged item back at your own cost.

Because every piece is woven to order specifically for you, we can't accept open-ended returns simply because you changed your mind. Nothing goes back on a shelf — there is no shelf.

But that's the only limit. If anything at all about your order isn't right, message us before leaving a review. We've never once let a customer stay unhappy over something we could fix, and we're not going to start with you.
